- Simple Experiment Setup - Optimizer Pro and Pro Plus automatically imports the Google Website Optimizer scripts, then automatically inserts the right scripts in the right place on your pages.
- Multivariate and A/B Experiments - A/B experiments let you test a whole page at once, while Multivariate experiments let you test individual page sections like an image or heading. Both Google Website Optimizer for Joomla versions let you run these two types of experiment.
- Multiple Experiments at Once - Both Optimizer Pro and Pro Plus let you run multiple experiments at the same time, allowing you to optimize all your landing pages simultaneously. You are also able to set up more complex experiments, such as cascades. The Optimizer Basic will run only one experiment at a time.
- Quickly Remove Old Scripts - Leaving unused scripts running on your site will slow your page load time. All Optimizer versions will remove all scripts instantly by clicking unpublishing the experiment.
- Fast/Easy Script Updating - In December 2010, Google found a security hole in their Google Website Optimizer Control script, fixed the issue and provided instructions to remove the security issue.
